I am a certified Mindfulness Coach, ThetaHealing® practitioner and transformational workshop facilitator passionate about helping people connect with their purpose and inner power.
I’ve spent the last 8+ years designing transformative personal development materials and leading mindfulness workshops, blending psychology, energy work and creative visualization into transformative experiences.
