I am here to guide you find it and embrace the light within yourself in the process.
My approach
Over the course of the past decade, I’ve engaged with a variety of techniques and holistic therapies, each offering its own insights and outcomes. Through this exploration, I’ve discerned those methods that consistently yield optimal results for myself, those in my immediate circle and the individuals I serve professionally.
Within my one-on-one practice, I integrate a multitude of these proven practices. This includes techniques such as Thetahealing® for subconscious belief restructuring, the Sedona Method for emotional release, channelling and a variety of mindfulness practices. Additionally, I incorporate practices aimed at fostering self-awareness, life design, nurturing self-love and other approaches that intuitively align with the specific needs of our collaborative work.

How do we work together?
First, we can have a discovery call. A discovery call is a short, initial conversation between me and you. The purpose is to get to know each other, to discuss your concerns and goals for the sessions and to determine if we are a good fit to work together. It is your opportunity to ask questions about our sessions and gain a bit more clarity on the journey that we might start together.

Do I need to turn on my camera for the online guided session?
It is not required. However you feel comfortable 🙂
I am not happy, but I don't know where to start, I don't know what my problem is. Can you still help me?
Yes. First, don’t worry, don’t be too hard on yourself, it’s ok to not know what is the root cause. This is what we explore together, based on what is happening in your current reality, we work on finding and eliminating the root cause.
I've never worked before with a therapist/coach. What should I expect?
Expect a safe space where you can share whatever you have on your heart and mind. There is no judgement, no labeling, but only support and loving energy to support you.
Do you provide in person sessions too?
At the moment all the sessions are held online.
