1-1 guided sessions
Regardless the problem you are facing, there is always a solution of the highest good. I am here to guide you find it and embrace the light within yourself in the process.
During the past 10+ years I experienced dozens of techniques and holistic therapies, some worked great, some others I did not resonate with. I saw which techniques bring the best results to me, to the ones around me and to the people I work with.
In my 1-1 practice I combine the techniques that proved to bring the best results: Thetahealing® (technique of working with the subconscious mind and releasing limiting beliefs), Sedona Method (emotional release technique), channelling, spirit guides and angels guidance work, Letting Go, meditation, exercises to increase self awareness, life design exercises, practices to develop self love and anything else that comes intutively, based on the situation we are working on together.
How do I know I need a 1-1 session?

How do we work together?
First, we can have a discovery call. A discovery call is a short, initial conversation between me and you. The purpose is to get to know each other, to discuss your concerns and goals for the guided sessions and to determine if we are a good fit to work together. It is your opportunity to ask questions about our sessions and gain a bit more clarity on the journey that we might start together.
All the sessions are held online and their duration is of 50 minutes long . You book an appointment and then you receive a confirmation. In the booked date, at the right time, I will call you using the contact details you provide during your booking.
Please prepare in advance the situation/problem that you want to work on. It can be a feeling, a person, a situation or anything else. If you can’t point a specific problem, that’s ok too, we will explore this together, based on the “symptoms” you can spot in your present. Book here.
Do I need to turn on my camera for the online guided session?
It is not required. However you feel comfortable 🙂
I am not happy, but I don't know where to start, I don't know what my problem is. Can you still help me?
Yes. First, don’t worry, don’t be to hard on yourself, it is ok to not know what is the root cause. This is what we explore together, based on what is happening in your current reality, we work on finding and eliminating the root cause.
I've never worked before with a therapist/coach. What should I expect?
Expect a safe space where you can share whatever you have on your heart and mind. There is no judgement, no labeling, but only support and loving energy to help you.
What is the cost of an online session?
A private online therapy session costs 120€.
Do you provide in person sessions too?
At the moment all the sessions are held online.
