What is ThetaHealing®?

The ThetaHealing® meditation technique was developed by Vianna Stibal in 1995. ThetaHealing® is a meditation technique and is meant to free your body, mind and spirit and gives you the ability to get rid of your limiting beliefs and create the reality you desire. ThetaHealing® helps you lower stress, anxiety and worry, it leads you to deep relaxation, enhance your mental clarity and helps you release overwhelming emotions.


ThetaHealing® technique is not a religion and is accessible to everyone regardless of worldview or race, it reminds us of the connection to the pure energy and essence, the divine.
Through focused meditation we reach the theta brainwave frequency (awake state) and thus have access to the subconscious mind, in order to readjust our beliefs and emotional patterns to support our life’s goals.

Theta waves correspond to the relaxed state of consciousness, deep and lucid dreaming, inner peace and intuition. The theta state is an introspective state in which creativity is deeply activated. On this level it is usual that brilliant solutions appear, but also spontaneous emotional healing.

What happens in a session?

During a Theta Healing session we look at your limiting beliefs and transform them into positive ones, that sustain your specific goals. You will enhance your life and strengthen your intuition while up levelling your belief system.

The session lasts 1h and it is held in English. We will start with a discussion to understand the situation or issue you want to free. Then, we will use ThetaHealing® to discover the root beliefs of your situation, free them and replace them with supporting energy. 

How does ThetaHealing® work?

We look at your issue together and intuitively get more information in the theta state. Through certain questions we find the reason and benefit for the belief system and can decouple the situation. You as the client are fully conscious and decide which negative beliefs can be released and replaced by which positive beliefs and feelings. It is always your free will.
