What happens in a session?
My coaching approach is rooted in practicality. I equip you with a range of mindfulness techniques and exercises that can be seamlessly integrated into your daily life. These tools empower you to sustain your mindfulness practice beyond our coaching sessions.
The session lasts 1h and it is held in English or Romanian. All sessions are held online via zoom. We will start with a discussion to understand the situation or issue you want to free. Then, we use mindfulness and coaching tools to improve your situation or overcome the challenge.
